The messages come straight to my phone very quickly and we will get back to you straight away. If you call this number and it is busy or rings out please email our office so we can report the problem to Telstra.
- Email: Admin@macrogroup.com.au; This email account is monitored hourly by 4 or 5 staff so your email will be answered quickly. We will be phasing out our BAS email account to streamline our emails.
- Secure Client Login: https://macrogroupcomau.sites.acclipse.com/client_login Log into your secure area to drop off and collect documents. Documents uploaded here are permanently available to you at any time so you can always see what you have sent us and what we have delivered to you. If you do not have a secure login please contact us.
- Fax: 07 3844 6666. Our fax is now fully operational.
- After hours appointments are available: Please call or email the office to make a time.
We will be closing the office on 15 July as our staff will be attending off-site training. Our phones will be answered and messages delivered to us promptly.
